Archbishop Ryan High School
Members of the Archbishop Ryan High School faculty, staff and administration welcomed and honored the winners of the 2020 Archbishop Ryan Scholarship Recipients. Over $100,000 was rewarded this year in scholarship money to the Class of 2020.
The night began with a brief meet and greet and reception for faculty members, parents Archbishop Ryan students, grade school winners, in the school's library.
The event then moved to the Archbishop Ryan Victoria Black Box Theater, where the everyone was led in an opening prayer by Father Christopher Landis. After being welcomed by president Mrs. Denise LePera, Junior Katherine Eck, a class of 2017 scholarship winner, gave a brief testimonial of her time at Archbishop Ryan.
Each student was then individually honored by Mrs. Pam McPeak '78, Archbishop Ryan Admissions Director, and awarded a medal in recognition of their accomplishments. After brief closing remarks by principal Joseph McFadden '97, everyone was invited back to the school library for a dessert reception.
