They have weathered through all the elements and seen many students, faculty staff, and alumni walk through these halls. They have great meaning to many of us and are a deep part of our tradition at Archbishop Ryan High School. Unfortunately, time has caught up to them. They are deteriorating and cannot be repaired. For that reason, we are planning to replace the statues this fall. They will look exactly the same and be ready to continue to stand tall as our guiding stars for many years to come.
This summer, while the students are on summer break, we will use the time to remove the old statues and prepare the base for the new ones. We will keep you updated with our progress and the date for the blessing of the new statues. In the meantime, continue to pray to the Blessed Mother and Saint Francis to protect and watch over our school.
If you would like to make a contribution towards the new statues, please click here or send your check to us and note in the memo field "Statues":
