New Assistant Principal for Student Affairs
We are pleased to announce that Trisha Young has been appointed as the Assistant Principal for Student Affairs at Archbishop Ryan High School, effective August 20, 2018.
Trisha has been a teacher at Archbishop Ryan since September 2014 and in that time she has been committed to our students through her focus on academics, her work with our Literacy Team (serving as co-facilitator), her work as co-chair of our Action Plan Committee, moderating various student activities, and serving as a Mentor teacher.
A committed educator, Trisha holds a B.A. in History and M.A. Ed. in Education. Additionally, Trisha was a member of Cohort VII of NAATE, the National Academy for Advanced Teacher Education. We know that she is dedicated to the idea of helping the students of Archbishop Ryan develop spiritually, mentally and physically, and that she will work with the administration, faculty, and staff to promote student-centered activities which will enable our students to develop into well-rounded individuals.
